"Would not recommend. She reached out to me via a Zillow algorithm, and presented an attitude like she did not care about my interests, and didn’t want to help me with the property I was interested in.Ellen was not willing to even let me view the property, or any similar properties for that matter, even though I had the funds to make a full price cash offer.Once I understood she didn’t want to work, I proceeded to tell her multiple times to take me off her marketing list, but she did not. I had to remind her multiple times i did not want to work with her (since she didn’t want to help me, or sell the property anyway.) This was a very strange, unwelcoming experience. Luckily I was able to find another local agent who was actually willing to help and close a deal."

"We had a rough few months trying to find a home, but Ellen was a great help, understanding even when we started to loose hope she kept reassuring us we would find the rite home. She went above and beyond in helping us find our new home. Shopping from out of state isn't easy, but she would do video calls with us and walkthrough the houses. She always called me back if she wasn't able to answer her phone. We felt taken care of and she is truly a hard worker and will help you find your new home. "Ellen is a very patient and respectful lady. When first looking at property we were fuzzy on what we wanted. We had some very specific "must haves", but location and price were variable. We lived out of state and communicated via email, Ellen was very responsive and would go look at property of interest without us as we trusted her judgment, she would give us honest feedback. On short notice we would send her multiple listings to look at in person and she was able to make it work. I felt at all times Ellen "had my back", I never once questioned her intentions. When asked to step up and get firm with other realtors, she did. We did find our forever home, are completely in love with the place. Ellen keeps in contact to make sure all is well and shares in our excitement on our new home. I feel like Ellen is family and look forward to our future adventures and friendship."
