About Ellen Sanford
I am proud to say that Coeur d'Alene and the Northwest have been my home for 30 years now. I have always had a heart to help people and with a background in Social Work, the transition in to helping people buy and sell homes came very naturally. Not to mention that home buying and selling is a passion of mine as well. I started investing in real estate in 2009 when I purchased my first rental in Spokane. I've gone on to flip other single and multiple family homes and I have developed a real love for helping other people do the same. I love the opportunity to help people with tips and tricks to get their home freshened up and ready to sell for the best possible price!I love helping people who are searching properties in our beautiful Northwest area! Anything is possible here, from waterfront, to cute downtown craftsman's, awesome family homes in great neighborhoods, and amazing properties' with acreage. This part of the country boasts beautiful homes and quality living! Â
As for me, I have been licensed in real estate since 2013 and I am also a proud mother of 2 boys, Jonathan and Jacob, who keep me busy in all the best ways. As a family we love to go camping, hiking and to the many beautiful parks in our area. I also love to travel and take in all the different restaurants along the way. Now that my boys are both school age I am excited and full of energy and looking forward to spending my time helping more people find their dream home in the beautiful Northwest!!
